BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE ENVELOPES

  1. Airmail: Service, Manifold, Economy, Open End
    All with an Air Mail border, these envelope are light-weight to save on postage costs for international mailings. May be used domestically, but will not receive preferential handling or meet the USPS's OCR requirements.

  2. Bankers Flap: Roptex®
    Mostly used by banks or investment firms for mailing statements and other documents. Deep flap and extra-wide gummed area offer extra protection for contents.

  3. Collection Envelope: Prism®, Western Sulphite®
    A return envelope with large printing surface ideal for mail order, subscriptions, donations, coupons, and general remittance needs.

  4. Commercial/Official
    Commercial envelopes, with their characteristic diagonal seams, are an open side style and are available from stock in both regular and look-in envelopes in the widest range of sizes, paper stocks, colors, and weights. Some commercials are stocked as printed envelopes (air mails, look-ins, Spot-Lites®) with re-moistening or self-sealing seal flaps.
    While historically the smaller sizes were known as commercials and sizes 7 through 14 were called officials, Western States uses the term commercials for all sizes.

  5. Drug, Pay and Lens Envelope
    Small, open side envelopes used by banks, pharmacies and other businesses.

  6. Dual Purpose Mailer™
    Includes statement and provides for the return of orders and remittances. The large flap can be printed with message, detached at the perforation, inserted in the envelope and sealed. Perfect for financial receipts, memberships, subscriptions and fundraising.

  7. Flip-Stik®
    Has two latex surfaces that seal on contact. Flaps are folded down to allow for printing. Efficient and convenient for small businesses or personal stationery.

  8. Side-Seamed
    This attractive, modern style offers a larger printing area uninterrupted by seams. The straight grain cutting and the specially tapered sealing flap and throat contribute to better performance in sealing and automatic inserting applications.
