BOOKLET AND CATALOG STYLE ENVELOPES

  1. Booklet
For annual reports, brochures, sales literature and a variety of printed material. This envelope's open side style and side seams make it suitable for automatic insertion. Open side configuration allows for overall printing.

  2. Catalog
Open end style with a center seam. For magazines and large booklets, as the heavily gummed flap protects enclosures. Catalogs cannot be processed through inserting equipment or laser printing.

  3. Clasp
Is an open end style, similar to the catalog, but with a metal clasp on the flap to protect contents. Usually inserted by hand, and is not suitable for printing or mechanical applications after converting.

  4. Coin Envelopes: Starburst® and Roptex®
These small envelopes have many uses, such as holding coins, small parts, etc. Most coin envelopes can't be mailed or used in automatic processes.

  5. Bank Deposit/Drive-In Teller
This open side envelope has a scored and extended flap to protect contents. Can have a plain flap with no adhesive or a latex flap seal.

  6. Expansion Envelopes: Roptex® and Tyvek®
This style envelope expands to hold bulky contents. Manufactured in many sizes, with windows, and can be printed by flexography, offset and litho.

  7. First Class Catalog and Booklet

  8. First Class Mailers (open end)
Catalog style envelopes printed with green diamond border and First Class notification to expedite postal handling. Available with regular seal adhesive (gum), latex and Kwik-Tak®.

  9. Interdepartmental Envelopes

  10. King Size Catalogs
Are available with plain flap (no gum) or gummed flap. Used by anyone requiring larger than standard size envelopes (printers, architects, engineering firms, photographers, hospitals, etc.).

  11. Kwik-Tak®
Remove release tape liner and press flap down to seal on contact without moisture. After the envelope is folded, you can print on them without interfering with seal quality.

  12. Multi-Tak™
Has a special spot seal tape closure that's ideal for repeat sealing.

  13. Western Sulphite® Neo Post Catalog
These envelopes are specially configured for insertion on the Neo Post inserting machine.

  14. Payroll: Velpine® or Roptex®
These open style envelopes are used for special applications like holding money or small jewelry.

  15. Pres-Stik® Catalog: Velpine®, Western Sulphite®, Tyvek®
This catalog envelope has a closure consisting of latex gum strips applied to the body and flap. When folded, flaps seal together without moisture.

  16. Proxy Mailer/Bi-Pack
This style envelope has a Plasticleer® Lookin address window on its back side. Data card/statement pocket is placed on the back of the envelope.

  17. Safety Express
