Why is Western States a preferred choice
for Envelopes and Labels?
Complete.
In addition to our headquarters in Butler, WI, we have five manufacturing
facilities (in WI, MN, OH and KY) that all offer a wide range of printing
and converting capabilities. Our locations work together to provide
you with whatever products fit your needs.
Committed.
Exceptionally serving customers has been the ultimate goal at Western
States since we opened our doors in 1908. In fact, we're proud to
boast about having the shortest lead times in the industry.
Advanced.
Technology has always been at the forefront of our
business. We are an active test site for new machinery in our industry,
and have a mix of equipment that you won't find anywhere else in
the world.
Versatile.
Our machines can create envelopes from 1x1"
to 22x27" with no minimum order restrictions. Plus we have
over 400 million envelopes in inventory, and the capacity to hold
100 million more.
Time-tested.
We are one of the few envelope companies that have
weathered industry changes and remain a leader after 100 years. Behind
every envelope and label we make is nearly a century of experience
you can count on.
Growing.
Our Butler, WI, headquarters is currently the 4th
largest envelope manufacturing facility in the U.S. Not to mention
that we've increased our employee base by 17% and our product offerings
have increased by 43% over the last five years.
Earth Friendly.
Western States is committed to environmental responsibility, and is proud to be both FSC and SFI CoC Certified. We're also a partner in the EPA's Climate Leaders program—an initiative that helps companies lower GHG emissions. And we're exclusive manufacturers of several environmentally responsible products.
