Features and Benefits
The new eKEY® Multimedia Mailer envelope product has been in development for over one year. The results are four products designed to mail CDs or DVDs at automation letter postage rates. Each product has received USPS approval through testing. A letter of approval is available upon request when purchasing the product.
The three 6 x 8 eKEY® Multimedia Mailers are designed to weigh less than 1 ounce with a CD or DVD enclosed. They offer huge potential postage savings at single-piece first class rates. They come in white, Roptex (brown kraft), and a white window version.
The 6 x 91/2 eKEY® Multimedia Mailer is a larger version designed for Standard Mail (bulk rates). The CD/DVD plus collateral material will mail at standard letter rates up to 3.5 ounces.
The unique, patented design of the eKEY® Multimedia Mailer is a two-piece product. Each carton of 500 eKEY® Multimedia Mailers contains 500 envelopes and 500 inserts constructed to hold the CD/DVD. Since the USPS postage increase of May 14, 2007, the cost of using traditional methods of mailing CDs/DVDs has skyrocketed.
The eKEY® Multimedia Mailer provides a vehicle to mail CDs/DVDs in the letter mail stream while minimizing breakage. Deliver internet advertising via the postal service for less than the cost of email or search engine marketing.
